Agentic architecture for learning
AI that makes online learning better, not just faster.
Agentic Learning Solutions is a technology company. It builds Learneta, a multi-agent platform for learning, and Agentic LXD, the first product on it.
The goal isn't more content, faster. It's a learning operation that keeps its quality while the repetitive work moves to a system you can check.
The technology
One platform, with products on it.
Learneta
The agentic architectural technology that empowers learning solutions for higher education, the online-programme operating model, and enterprises: the multi-agent system that works with humans to support learning experiences from first touch to outcomes.
Two design principles run through everything on it. The AI never writes your content, and every output carries a verification state you can inspect.
About the platform →Agentic LXD
Focused solely on the LXD process, the design and build of learning experiences, with the online-programme operating model as its archetypal home and enterprise equally in scope. It takes an expert's intent and approved content through to built learning in seconds.
Previously building in public under the working name Learneta.AI; it now ships under Agentic LXD.
About the product →Where the real decisions sit
When AI output feels generic, the fix is usually higher up.
Most people reach for a better tool or a cleverer prompt. Often that's the wrong place to look. There are three layers, and the order matters.
What good learning looks like
The pedagogy. The decisions only educators should make.
How the system is put together
The architecture. The layer the platform is built on.
Which AI model does the work
The tool. The part everyone tends to fixate on.
Get the top right and the rest falls into line. Start at the bottom and you're back next month with the same problem.
A bit of background
Seventeen years in learning, now spent on what AI changes about it.
The company is built by one person, deliberately. I came up through learning design, across universities and global companies, and at BCG I co-led AI enablement, taking hundreds of people through hands-on sessions with Claude. The platform is built on Anthropic's Claude, and I hold its architect certification.
Writing
I think this through in public.
Short pieces on building AI into the learning workflow, in plain terms. The latest: The wrong layer.
Contact
The platform is young. The building is well underway.
The clearest way to see how the technology thinks is to read the writing. If it lands, say hello.
